When I booked my room, I asked for one on the first floor or near the elevator due to mobility issues. I was assured within 20 minutes that they had received my request and would be happy to accommodate my needs. When I arrived, the woman at the desk let me know that I would be on the first floor, and there was an entrance/exit just around the corner of my room with parking right next to it. I felt cared for by the thoughtful and friendly staff every moment I was in the hotel. I ate at the restaurant for dinner the first night, and the street tacos hit the spot. The "Garden Mule" was a delicious twist on a classic Moscow Mule! The bed was comfortable. The room was clean. The staff was great all around! The location is convenient, and for all you latte lovers, there's a Dutch Bros on Broadway! Hot tip: If you have a car, go check out Daniels Park. Great city and mountain views. I didn't go at sunset, but I read that it is an excellent place to watch one! ~40 minutes from DIA ~20 minutes to Daniels Park Scenic Overlook ~30 minutes to Denver

Tish and Kevin were honestly the best hotel guest service staff I have ever had. I travel a lot, actually had swore off hilton properties after several terrible experiences including the worst hotel manager ever DJ in Nashville ( if he's still there stay away). Kevin and Tish, completely reversed that after being being forced to stay here with my sons team and walking in already with my guard up, Kevin and Tish came to the rescue of our trip and if Hilton finds more of them, they'll have my business in the future.

We enjoyed the location. It was in a central area, but it was quiet and not congested. Our room was comfortable and clean. The staff was congenial and welcoming. The hotel met all of our needs and more! Though breakfast was not included in our booking and we did notice that the options appeared appetizing and reasonably priced. Coffee was plentiful and delicious each morning.

Joel

Excellent hotel, close to Highlands Ranch Hospital where we had appointments. Staff was helpful and very friendly, offering dining suggestions to local food spots and since it was freezing cold outside, they let us know which food spots had indoor dining.

Deborah

Very helpful and friendly staff. The layout of the lobby and restaurant is very well arranged. Excellent breakfast. Comfortable and nicely furnished room kept clean and tidy by the housekeeping staff. We would definitely stay there again.
